Shelby joined TLC in 2019 as a college intern and went full time upon graduation. Her desire to work in education came to fruition in 2021, but she has continued to assist TLC with special projects supporting the rest of the team, working part time.

Shelby earned her undergraduate degree in business leadership from Baptist University of the Americas. In her free time, she enjoys curling up with a good book.
